Ravi Gupta, MD

Ravi Gupta, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia, followed by internal medicine training and a research fellowship at the University of North Carolina and Duke University. He spent more than 15 years practicing hospital medicine, caring for thousands of patients with complex and chronic medical conditions.

During that time, Dr. Gupta became increasingly convinced that many of the diseases he treated could be prevented—or significantly improved—through lifestyle, nutrition, and metabolic health optimization.

This realization led him to functional and longevity medicine, where the focus shifts from simply managing disease to identifying and addressing its underlying causes.

Today, Dr. Gupta helps patients improve energy, build strength, optimize body composition, and reduce long-term health risks through personalized, evidence-based longevity and metabolic health strategies.
